My go-to list

People often ask me for a few of my favorite kitchen staples... I guess this would be a few of them:

Greek Yogurt- you really have to look around and try quite a few different kinds to find the one you really like. This is a breakfast item loaded with protein (keeps you full). My favorite is plain nonfat with fresh berries... Sprinkle in a little bit of Splenda and YUMMY! It's like dessert for breakfast.

Veggie Straws- a snack food. Not sure if these are found all over the place, but now that I have had them I'm not sure I could live without them.

Mission Carb Balance Wraps- Low carb, white wraps. Fill them with Taco meat, chicken, scrambled egg/egg substitute... Creativity my friends.

Fresh fruit- One reason why I LOVE summer. Berries, melons, delicious!

Veggies-This seems  pretty standard, but I do sometimes forget about veggies. I have a veggie steamer, which I really LOVE to use. The key for me is to be creative!
